22 miles???
did Pedro do some extra on his own?
I wouldn't have thought you'd get that much off Rattlesnake/High Rock

Hey, maybe that'd make a good Sport loop for Sept?

That would kill most sport riders,...but the race does have a reputation??? Either way, Oak and Sg will probably be a climb, maybe used twice for the monster. Never can tell until Jess decides. WWJD!
I think I will try and climb it this weekend on DP to see if it is as bi as I was hoping for.

ANY sport that finishes that loop (healthy) is a sandbagger!

Did Southern Gas and Oak going north on Saturday and going south last night. It seems to be very similar both ways but is a little more downhill going south. The wet rocks last night were sick...and you are right Buck if any sporto does that loop you did they are moving on up!

Damn, I haven't done it going north yet!

Travis...what are you calling Oak?

SG is a great trail...good job.

The top part where you run into the Southern Gas and Power sign is obviously Southern Gas, I guess I consider Oak from the rock gully to the intersection of rattlesnake and high rock. Did you climb it (North) as well? I'm curious to see if people will climb it so stick and stooges can be incorporated back into the loop as a descent.

I was the anon response above...I did climb it on Saturday and it did seem to flow fairly well. It's still very soft and sucks power out but it will ride in. When we rode it on Weds we rode it going south it didn't seem that much different.

Damn, that looks good. I was trying to get the MD boys up on that stuff last weekend. I was out-voted. I may have to leave them to their own devices if they continue to drag their feet.

Well, I'm just getting to the point where I'm confident enough to lead a hard ride. let me know!
