Gardening

We have peas, lots of peas! It has been a wet week in the gardens, and the veggies are thriving. We are still plugging away at getting everything in; yesterday we planted lima beans, sweet peppers, beets, chard, parsley, carrots and lettuce. Whew! We are trying to plant by the biodynamic moon phases, but sometimes you just gotta get in what you gotta get in (yesterday was a 'leaf day', but we didn't hesitate to plant some 'fruits' (beans and peppers), too). Travis is now officially off for the summer, whoo hoo! It's great to have him home.
