Yup, the guy on the left, Jack's dad. When he first started brewing, I thought,...oh no, another home brewer that's gonna make alotta weird beers,...but I should of known,...that guy can do anything and everything,..form and function. IPA's hovering around 80 IBU's,...and I would even be bold enough to say, his beer is better,...yes better than my bottled IPA's I get from the store. I used to carry a Dogfish Head or a Hoptical Illusion with me over for dinner,....No more. Good stuff. Did I mention he is very giving?
